Terms of Use
These terms apply when you use Detective Simulator. If you downloaded the app from the Apple App Store, Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies; where the two differ, Apple's agreement governs your relationship with Apple.
1. The game
Detective Simulator is a fiction game. All cases, people, places and events are invented; any resemblance to real persons or events is coincidental. We grant you a personal, non-transferable licence to play it on devices you own or control.
2. Case File Subscription
- The first two cases are free. New weekly cases reach subscribers on release day and everyone else two days later.
- The subscription is offered weekly or yearly. The price and period are shown before you buy.
- New subscribers may get a free trial. If you don't cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends, the subscription starts and you are charged.
- Subscriptions renew automatically at the same price and period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Payment is charged to your App Store or Google Play account.
- You can manage or cancel in your App Store or Google Play account settings. Deleting the app does not cancel the subscription.
- Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies.
3. Rewarded ads
You can choose to watch an ad for a hint, extra time or a second try at the trap. Rewards have limits per case and have no cash value.
4. Acceptable use
Don't copy, resell, reverse-engineer or redistribute the app or its cases, and don't interfere with its services.
5. No warranty, limits
The app is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be waived.
6. Changes and contact

Bu şartlar Detective Simulator'ı kullandığında geçerlidir. Uygulamayı Apple App Store'dan indirdiysen Apple'ın Lisanslı Uygulama Son Kullanıcı Lisans Sözleşmesi de geçerlidir; ikisi farklıysa Apple ile ilişkini Apple'ın sözleşmesi belirler.
1. Oyun
Detective Simulator bir kurgu oyunudur. Bütün davalar, kişiler, yerler ve olaylar uydurmadır; gerçek kişi ya da olaylarla benzerlik rastlantıdır. Sana, sahibi olduğun ya da kullandığın cihazlarda oynaman için kişisel ve devredilemez bir lisans veririz.
2. Dosya Aboneliği
- İlk iki dava ücretsizdir. Yeni haftalık dava abonelere çıktığı gün, herkese iki gün sonra açılır.
- Abonelik haftalık ya da yıllık sunulur; fiyat ve süre satın almadan önce gösterilir.
- Yeni abonelere ücretsiz deneme sunulabilir. Deneme bitmeden en az 24 saat önce iptal etmezsen abonelik başlar ve ücret alınır.
- Abonelik, dönem bitmeden en az 24 saat önce iptal edilmezse aynı fiyat ve süreyle otomatik yenilenir. Ücret App Store ya da Google Play hesabından alınır.
- Aboneliği App Store ya da Google Play hesap ayarlarından yönetebilir ya da iptal edebilirsin. Uygulamayı silmek aboneliği iptal etmez.
- İadeleri Apple ya da Google kendi politikalarına göre yürütür.
3. Ödüllü reklamlar
İpucu, ek süre ya da tuzağa ikinci hak için reklam izlemeyi seçebilirsin. Ödüllerin dava başına sınırı vardır ve parasal değeri yoktur.
4. Kullanım kuralları
Uygulamayı ya da davalarını kopyalama, yeniden satma, tersine mühendislikle çözme ya da dağıtma; hizmetlerine müdahale etme.
5. Garanti yok, sınırlar
Uygulama "olduğu gibi" sunulur. Yasanın izin verdiği ölçüde dolaylı zararlardan sorumlu değiliz. Bu şartlar, tüketici mevzuatından doğan ve vazgeçilemeyen haklarını sınırlamaz.
6. Değişiklikler ve iletişim
Bu şartları güncelleyebiliriz; yukarıdaki tarih son sürümü gösterir. Sorular: founder@wisemanmafiasimulator.com.
